Proactive notice: With delays, we immediately inform you about traffic or delivery obstacles, non-acceptance, damages or the misdirection of goods.
Procurement: If ordered in written form, we are also pleased to pick up consignments from the customer or supplier and deliver them to the desired address. Preconditions: The packages are addressed and the necessary documents are at the ready, the quantity and weight indications correspond to the transport order, the goods are packed safely for the transport and an advice time-frame until 9 a.m. at the latest is kept.
